Kulmeet Bawa Appointed as GVP for ServiceNow India
ServiceNow has appointed Kulmeet Bawa as Managing Director and Group Vice President for its India and SAARC operations. Bawa, formerly with SAP, assumes his role in April 2026. With extensive experience in technology and SaaS, he will drive growth and digital transformation in the region.

American software giant ServiceNow has named Kulmeet Bawa as its new Managing Director and Group Vice President for India and SAARC, effective from April 6, 2026. Bawa succeeds Ganesh Lakshminarayanan, who has transitioned to Tata Communications.
In his role, Bawa will focus on accelerating growth, enhancing customer relationships, and reinforcing ServiceNow's foothold in digital transformation throughout the region. His previous experience includes serving as Global Chief Revenue Officer at SAP and holding top positions in SAP India and Adobe's South Asia operations.
Prior to entering the corporate world, Bawa was a Cavalry officer in the Indian Army. He will report to ServiceNow APAC President Adrian Johnston, who praised Bawa's distinctive blend of global CRO experience and military discipline as essential to advancing ServiceNow's regional ambitions.
