Elon Musk's X social media platform has been hit by a series of outages, affecting thousands of users on Monday morning.
According to tracking website Downdetector.com, complaints surged at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., with over 40,000 users reporting inaccessibility issues. The disruptions appear to be ongoing, with 56% of outages reported for the X app compared to 33% for the website.
The platform, previously named Twitter, encountered similar glitches in March 2023, when links were disabled, login attempts failed, and image loading was disrupted.
