JSW MG Motor India Leads Green Revolution with Innovative Paint Shop
JSW MG Motor India announces its pioneering achievement as the first OEM in India to implement a Green Pretreatment line at its Halol plant. The initiative, developed alongside PPG Asian Paints, significantly reduces carbon emissions by 1800 tons annually and enhances efficiency through innovative ambient temperature phosphate technology.

JSW MG Motor India has taken a significant step forward in sustainable manufacturing by becoming India's first Original Equipment Manufacturer to implement a Green Pretreatment line in its paint shop. This pioneering initiative, developed with PPG Asian Paints, introduces an ambient temperature phosphate process at 38°C. This move has led to a dramatic reduction in carbon emissions, saving an impressive 1800 tons annually.
The innovative technology introduced by JSW MG Motor India not only cuts down on fuel consumption but also simplifies operations and reduces maintenance needs, enhancing overall efficiency. It's a game-changing development for the automotive industry, promoting energy conservation through significant fuel savings and improved process effectiveness.
