Infosys, the IT powerhouse, announced its collaboration with Munich-based e-commerce firm zooplus to augment the latter's service capabilities and scalability through a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad.
The innovative partnership is set to harness Infosys Topaz, a pioneering AI-first solution, to revolutionize zooplus' operations, e-commerce prowess, and supply chain efficiency. The initiative aims to bolster the company's marketing and technology functions, as per the regulatory filing.
Highlighting the strategic importance, Karmesh Vaswani, Executive Vice President & Global Head of Consumer, Retail & Logistics at Infosys, stated that the Hyderabad GCC will be a cornerstone in enhancing zooplus' customer experience and technology capabilities. This move aligns with Infosys' broader mission to drive digital transformation at scale.
