XDLINX Space Labs, a leader in India's space technology sector, has revealed the successful completion of a $7 million seed funding round. Spearheaded by Ashish Kacholia of Lucky Investments, the round saw support from E2MC, Mana Ventures, and a leading family office. The funding aims to enhance XDLINX's efforts in satellite technology innovation, advancing space exploration boundaries with cost-effective solutions.

Founded in Hyderabad in 2022, XDLINX's ambitious vision is transforming space missions by making cutting-edge satellite technology available to a wider clientele. The company hit a major milestone with the launch of its software-defined 6U Nanosat, JANUS-1, aboard ISRO's SSLV-D2 rocket, drastically reducing cost and time associated with traditional satellites.

CEO Rupesh Gandupalli expressed enthusiasm, highlighting plans to expedite next-gen payload manufacturing for defense and commercial missions. The company aims to extend its global footprint in the US and UK while preparing for the launch of Elevation-1, featuring the pioneering miniaturized space-grade E-band payload. Additionally, XDLINX is developing SAR and optical sensor satellites, planning a sub-meter multi-spectral imagery satellite constellation, and building collaboration through MOUs with leading space enterprises.
