Boeing and IAM Union Talks Stalled
Boeing Co has announced the withdrawal of its offer for further negotiations with the IAM Union. The company stated that the union failed to seriously consider Boeing's proposals and made demands that were non-negotiable, threatening Boeing's competitive stance in the industry.
Boeing Co has decided to pull back its offer for further discussions with the IAM Union, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the stalemate.
According to Boeing, the union did not adequately consider the company's proposals, presenting instead a set of uncompromising demands.
The aerospace giant claims these demands pose a threat to its competitiveness within the market sector, forcing it to retract its negotiation proposal.
