Mumbai, 30th September, 2024: Turtlemint, a pioneering insurtech company, has revealed key insights into the demographics of its 3.5 lakh-strong network of certified insurance advisors, emphasizing the rising impact of younger generations in the field. With Gen Z and Millennials driving 85% of total sales, Turtlemint showcases its strong market position, having facilitated over ₹2,000 crore in premiums this past year alone.
This young, tech-savvy cohort not only dominates in numbers but is also keen on leveraging technology to broaden insurance reach. Data from Turtlemint indicates that 78% of their Gen Z advisors and 74% of Millennial advisors conduct much of their business online, adopting digital-first strategies to make insurance more accessible, particularly in underserved areas.
