The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) is set to reshape the job market, driving the creation of new roles and industries, according to Romal Shetty, CEO of Deloitte South Asia. While some repetitive and commoditised jobs may be impacted, Shetty asserts that AI will generate more job opportunities than ever before, with human intervention remaining crucial to maximizing the benefits of AI.
