Airtel Business Partners with Sparkle for Enhanced Asia-Europe Connectivity

Airtel Business has partnered with Italy's Sparkle to enhance connectivity between Asia and Europe through the Blue-Raman Submarine Cable Systems. This agreement will provide additional capacity, diversify Airtel's global network, and enable new business opportunities in the Indian sub-continent.

Airtel Business, the B2B division of Bharti Airtel, has announced a strategic partnership with Italy-based global operator Sparkle to bolster connectivity between Asia and Europe.

This collaboration will see Airtel leveraging capacity from the Blue-Raman Submarine Cable Systems, which links India to Italy. The Blue-Raman system includes segments that traverse countries such as Italy, France, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Djibouti, Oman, and India.

Airtel stated that the added capacity will help diversify its international network to address the rising data service demand in India and neighboring regions. The partnership aims to explore new business ventures, leveraging the cable infrastructures of both companies.
