Ashok Leyland has launched a new Uptime Solution Centre at its Ernavoor facility near Chennai, equipped with advanced technology and analytics to provide real-time troubleshooting for BS-VI trucks. The centre, which operates 24/7, aims to resolve issues in less than 20 minutes and enhance customer satisfaction.

In a significant move aimed at enhancing customer service and vehicle reliability, Ashok Leyland has unveiled its new 'Uptime Solution Centre' at Ernavoor, near Chennai. The state-of-the-art facility, located 45 km north of Chennai, is geared towards providing real-time troubleshooting and addressing technical issues for Ashok Leyland's BS-VI range of trucks.

Equipped with cutting-edge technology and predictive analytics, the centre promises unparalleled aftermarket support. Ashok Leyland's President of Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Sanjeev Kumar, who inaugurated the facility, emphasized the company's commitment to leveraging technological advancements to improve service efficiency.

The centre will operate around the clock with a dedicated team of 70 employees monitoring the fleet in real-time. The initiative underscores Ashok Leyland's dedication to customer satisfaction, aiming to resolve vehicle issues in less than 20 minutes and prevent breakdowns, ultimately maximizing fleet uptime and performance.
