JSW MG Motor India has announced a series of initiatives aimed at accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in the country. These initiatives include a unified charging platform, a battery second-life project, and educational programs about EVs, undertaken in collaboration with various industry partners.

One of the highlighted projects is 'eHUB by MG,' a solution for locating, reserving, and paying for charging stations. The company has also formed partnerships with charging infrastructure providers such as Adani Total Energies Ltd (ATEL), BPCL, Chargezone, Glida, HPCL, Jio-BP, Shell, Statiq, and Zeon to support this initiative.

Additionally, JSW MG Motor India has launched project REVIVE with TERI and Lohum, focusing on repurposing used EV batteries to build energy solutions for schools and community centers. Their education initiative, EVPEDIA, offers practical tools, including cost calculators and government policy repositories, to educate prospective EV buyers and users about ownership and sustainability. CEO Gaurav Gupta emphasized that these initiatives empower both the industry and customers with smarter choices. All upcoming MG cars will feature the MG-Jio Innovative Connectivity Platform, integrating interactive gaming, learning, and entertainment technology.
