The Karnataka government, in collaboration with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) and business consulting firm ANSR, has unveiled the highly anticipated Karnataka GCC Landscape Report. Presented by Information Technology Minister Priyank Kharge, the report delves into the state's burgeoning Global Capability Centres (GCC) ecosystem, highlighting its rapid growth, significant impact, and promising future.

'Karnataka has been at the forefront of India's digital revolution, with GCCs serving as a critical driver for the state's growth,' said Kharge. 'We are rolling out strategic interventions to establish a resilient ecosystem for GCCs, including India's first GCC Policy to support new operations in the state.'

The report also details government incentives, new regulations, and policies to support GCC setups in Bengaluru and emerging tech clusters like Mysuru, Hubbali, and Mangaluru. According to ANSR CEO Lalit Ahuja, Karnataka's commitment to innovation and talent development makes it an ideal location for GCCs aiming to excel.
