LG launches Limited Edition UltraGear gaming monitor for League of Legends fans

LG Electronics has launched a limited-edition, League of Legends-themed LG UltraGear OLED gaming monitor for the fans of the popular online video game. The model is available exclusively in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Saudi Arabia and South Korea and can be purchased from LG.com.

Released in 2009, League of Legends (LoL) is a multiplayer online battle arena game with the largest gaming fandom in all of esports. Over 600 million fans have played the game over the past decade, with the game amassing an average of 180 million players per month.

Sporting a 27-inch OLED display with a 240Hz refresh rate, the limited-edition League of Legends UltraGear OLED (model 27GR95QL) comes packed with gamer-centric features. It provides a response time of just 0.03 milliseconds Gray-to-Gray (GTG).

The LoL limited edition incorporates icons and imagery from League of Legends into its stylish exterior and on-screen menus. The monitor features well-known symbols and motifs from the game at the back and the front of its stand.

In addition to the new limited-edition UltraGear OLED gaming monitor, LG and Riot Games, the developer of League of Legends, have partnered on a number of initiatives to expand esports internationally.
