Infosys has joined forces with ServiceNow to support manufacturing industries in their digital transformation journey. The collaboration will see the IT major leveraging its industry cloud blueprints, part of Infosys Cobalt, and deploying ServiceNow Operations Technology Management (OTM) to digitize factories, floors, and plant operations.

Infosys will harness its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Cafe along with ServiceNow OTM, to improve the resilience and availability of critical OT systems across the manufacturing landscape, the IT major said in a press release on Tuesday.

Built on the Now Platform, ESM Cafe is an AI-powered plug and play solution with all the process templates you need and the ready-to-deploy code that makes your ServiceNow implementation 40 to 50 percent faster.

Commenting on the partnership, Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing, Infosys, said, "Building on our deep manufacturing industry expertise, we will help maximize OT asset visibility and cybersecurity which are crucial capabilities for adopting smart manufacturing. ESM Cafe will fundamentally change how organizations harness technology to augment their production processes and transform them into factories of the future."
