Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Amir has announced retirement from Test cricket, according to the world cricket’s governing body, International Cricket Council (ICC).
He has reportedly taken this decision to concentrate on white-ball cricket. He will continue to be available for selection in one-day internationals and Twenty20 Internationals. The cricketer said playing for Pakistan remains his ultimate desire and objective, and he will try his best to be in the best physical shape to contribute in the team’s upcoming challenges, including next year’s ICC T20 World Cup.
