Star Footballer David Luiz, who met his Doppelgänger in the April 19 game much to Twitter’s delight, is turning 32 on Monday. Luiz was born on 22 April 1987 in São Paulo, Brazil. The marquee performer swapped his shirts with Slavia Prague's Alex Kral after Thursday’s match inviting fans to post hilarious messages comparing the two faces. Online masses quickly flooded the comments with 'twins' or 'I see no difference' with the two players bearing a striking resemblance of each other.
On a personal level, it was also a night to remember for David Luiz, who was reunited with his long lost twin - Slavia midfielder Tral. Chelsea booked their place in the semi-finals of the Europa League after a thrilling 4-3 win at Stamford Bridge on Thursday night.
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri had earlier praised Luiz’s personality as well as his footballing ability after his stellar showings. Chelsea would be hoping to give him a delightful birthday present to honour his services. The Star defender rejoined Chelsea in 2017 after spending two seasons with Paris Saint-Germain from 2014 until 2016.
On March 25 this year Luiz had revealed that his first season for the Blues wasn’t going hunky dory. He had to return to former side Benfica in the quarter-final stage. The Brazilian star later revealed that changing roles was never easy and took an emotional toll on him. He said his heart was broken because there had to be a loser in such an intense and inspiring clash.

1. He was named the Portuguese League Player of the Year in 2010.
2. In winter 2011, David joined Chelsea by signing a five-year contract.
3. He became teammates with striker Fernando Torreson Chelsea in 2011.
4. Luiz had last year given his fan a surprise in October. During that dinner, his girlfriend Bruna Loureiro and Wood could hardly contain her excitement.
5. From 2010, David Luiz has played for the Brazil national team.
6. At the end of 2009, Luiz extended the term of his contract with Benfica to 2015 and admitted it was one of the most exciting days of his life. In 2009/10 Benfica won Primeira Liga and wrapped up Taça da Liga.
7. With the arrival of Jose Mourinho, he fell out of favour and in summer 2014 moved to Paris Saint-Germain in an astonishing Euro 50 million deal.
