Turkey’s Istanbul Park circuit will make a comeback to the Formula One calendar in 2027, as announced by the Turkish presidency.

President Tayyip Erdogan is poised to officially reveal the agreement at a significant event in Istanbul, accompanied by F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali and FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem.

Once successful as a stand-in during 2021, the circuit will see new management helm operations, concluding years-long efforts disrupted partly by financial hurdles.
