Extended Practice Time Revamps Miami Grand Prix
Formula One drivers are set to receive an additional 30 minutes of practice at the upcoming Miami Grand Prix. This adjustment follows race cancellations in the Middle East and recent technical rule changes aimed at improving driver safety. The Miami GP will restart the championship after a month-long break.
Formula One drivers are scheduled to receive an extra half-hour of practice time for the Miami Grand Prix, following the FIA's announcement on race alterations due to recent developments.
The upcoming event on May 3 will provide crucial preparation time after races in the Middle East were canceled amidst regional conflicts. This decision also accommodates new technical regulations.
The expanded practice, growing from one hour to ninety minutes, aligns with the Miami GP's sprint race format, promising a refreshed challenge for drivers like leading driver, Kimi Antonelli, following Mercedes' victorious start to the season.
