Sri Lanka Cricket has announced a revised schedule for the much-anticipated ODI tri-nation series featuring India, South Africa, and the host nation. Adjustments were made in response to local elections in Colombo, leading to a shift in match dates.
The second ODI between India and South Africa, initially slated for May 6, will now occur on May 7. The alteration is a result of elections scheduled on May 6 in Colombo. The tri-series matches, previously set for May 1, 4, 6, and 8, will be conducted on new dates: May 2, 4, 7, and 9.
The tournament kicks off on April 27 with Sri Lanka facing India, culminating in the final on May 11. These matches are crucial for all teams as they prepare for the ODI World Cup in India. All games are scheduled as day matches at the R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium.
