The Indian deaf cricket team emerged victorious in the three-day ODI Deaf Series against Australia, concluding on March 12, at the Karnail Singh Stadium in New Delhi. Hosted by the Indian Deaf Cricket Association (IDCA), the series saw India clinch a 3-0 win, reinforcing their dominance after a successful T20 Tri-Series.

President of IDCA, Sumit Jain, praised the players for an enthralling display of skill and determination. He emphasized the growing interest in cricket among hearing-impaired athletes worldwide, suggesting a promising future for the sport. The Indian squad, led by Virender Singh, trained extensively under the guidance of Coach Dev Dutt and Assistant Coach Susheel Gupta.
