Delhi-based golfer Arjun Prasad solidified his position at the top of the leaderboard in the Jaipur Open 2024, after carding a commendable four-under 66 on Friday. The 25-year-old ace, with scores of 62, 64, and 66, now holds an 18-under 192 total, leading by one stroke.
Despite facing pressure, Prasad displayed skill on the greens, converting critical putts and delivering precise wedge shots. Although he faltered with bogeys on the ninth and 13th holes, a brilliant performance on the 17th helped him regain the lead.
Rashid Khan made a remarkable comeback with a nine-under 61, advancing to second place at 17-under 193. Golfers Sachin Baisoya and Kshitij Naveed Kaul are tied for third, each with 16-under 194, while local favorite Prakhar Asawa concluded the round tied at 38th place.
