Former India pacer Munaf Patel has been appointed as the new bowling coach for Delhi Capitals in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season.

Stepping into a high-profile coaching role for the first time, the 41-year-old will collaborate with head coach Hemang Badani and the director of cricket, Venugopal Rao. Munaf succeeds James Hopes, who departed with head coach Ricky Ponting after IPL 2024.
