Real Madrid defender Eder Militao faced a major setback in Saturday's home match against Osasuna, suffering a serious leg injury that forced him to leave the field on a stretcher.
Militao, 26, fell in the opponent's area, clutching his right knee. The Brazilian, who previously tore his left ACL at the start of last season, was visibly upset as medics carried him off.
In a double blow for Madrid, forward Rodrygo also sustained an injury earlier in the game, receiving ice treatment on his left leg while on the bench.
