Rabada's morning heroics reduced Bangladesh to 48-8 before Mominul Haque mounted a valiant resistance, allowing the side to surpass the 100-run mark.
Mominul's unbeaten 74, alongside Taijul Islam's 18, helped Bangladesh forge an 89-run partnership for the ninth wicket. Despite this, Bangladesh trails South Africa by 438 runs and requires 339 more runs to avoid the follow-on. South Africa had earlier declared their innings at 575-6.
