Taijul's Persistence Unsettles South Africa Despite Firm Stand
Taijul Islam's impressive performance with 5 wickets put a dent in South Africa's commanding position on Day 2 of the cricket test. Despite early push, South Africa, led by Tony de Zorzi's 150, dominated the day before Taijul's timely breaks to destabilize their momentum.

Left-arm spinner Taijul Islam secured his second consecutive five-wicket haul, yet South Africa maintained a position of strength at 413-5 by lunch on the second day of the final cricket test on Wednesday.
Taijul's crucial wickets in the morning session initiated a sudden collapse for the South African side, which stumbled from 386-2 to 391-5, as they lost three wickets for just five additional runs.
Wiaan Mulder and Ryan Rickelton, however, offered resistance to Taijul's spell, keeping South Africa in a commendable spot, despite an early session scare initiated by the Bangladeshi spinner.
