Maharashtra Honors Olympians with Lucrative Rewards
Shooter Swapnil Kusale, who secured a bronze in the Paris Olympics, received a Rs 2 crore reward from Maharashtra's government. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, along with his deputies and other dignitaries, celebrated Kusale and more athletes. Additionally, athlete Sachin Sarjerao Khilari was awarded Rs 3 crore for his silver in shot put.

Shooter Swapnil Kusale, celebrated for winning a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics, was presented a cheque of Rs 2 crore by the Maharashtra Government on Monday.
In a gathering held in Mumbai, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, accompanied by Deputy CMs Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, honored Kusale and other accomplished sportspersons.
The event also saw athlete Sachin Sarjerao Khilari receiving a Rs three crore reward for his silver medal victory in the men's shot put F46 event, along with monetary awards for their dedicated coaches.
