LSR College Honors Olympians for Historic Achievements

On Thursday, Lady Shri Ram College for Women celebrated the remarkable achievements of its distinguished alumni, Olympians Manu Bhaker and Maheshwari Chauhan, following their exceptional performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
This Delhi University college orchestrated a special ceremony, highlighting their notable contributions to Indian sports and commemorating their shared history at the institution.
Bhaker, a Political Science graduate, became the first Indian female shooter to clinch an Olympic medal, and Chauhan, with her Philosophy degree, gained recognition as the first Indian woman skeet shooter at the Olympics. Jaspal Rana, coach to Bhaker, received accolades as well.
