The Indian cricket team is currently honing its fielding skills with a focus on 'rhythm and flow' ahead of the T20I series against Bangladesh. Under fielding coach T Dilip's guidance, the team practised throwing techniques and outfield catching at the MPCA stadium in preparation for Sunday's match.
Led by captain Suryakumar Yadav, the squad is eager to continue its winning streak after a 3-0 series triumph over Sri Lanka in July. The training session in Gwalior, attended by coaches Gautam Gambhir and Ryan ten Doeschate, aimed at refining the players' footwork and coordination.
The competition will proceed to Delhi and Hyderabad for subsequent matches. While new players like Mayank Yadav and Jitesh Sharma vie for permanent spots in the squad, Bangladesh seeks redemption after a test series defeat against India. Notably, returning to the team is Nitish Reddy, recovering from a prior injury.
