Bangladeshi Super Fan Hospitalized During India-Bangladesh Test Match

A Bangladeshi cricket fan, Roby, who regularly attends his team's games dressed in a tiger costume, fell ill during the second Test against India at Green Park Stadium. Initial reports of an assault were refuted, with police confirming he was given immediate medical attention and is now recovering.

A Bangladeshi cricket super fan was hospitalized after suddenly falling ill during the second Test match against India at Green Park Stadium, Kanpur.

Roby, dressed in his signature tiger costume, was initially thought to have been involved in a physical altercation. However, he later clarified from his hospital bed that he merely felt unwell and received prompt assistance from local police.

Abhishek Pandey, ACP (Kalyanpur), affirmed that no assault took place. Roby is currently recovering under the care of a liaison officer designated to assist him.
