Sourav Kothari to Lead India's Snooker Team in World Cup
National champion Sourav Kothari will lead India's challenge in the Snooker World Cup in Mongolia. Kothari also received a wild card for the IBSF World 6 Red Snooker Championship. The tournament will feature participants from over 20 countries and marks Kothari's first international appearances since becoming the national champion.

National champion and No. 1 ranked player Sourav Kothari is set to lead India at the Snooker World Cup in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, starting this Friday.
Kothari, who was granted a wild card entry to the IBSF World 6 Red Snooker Championship, will compete at the same venue from September 21-25.
Joining Kothari are India's No. 2 Paras Gupta and Kamal Chawla, as more than 20 countries are expected at these major events on the World Snooker calendar over the coming fortnight.
These championships mark Kothari's first international appearances since clinching the national title in December and missing the Asian Snooker Championship earlier this year.
Additionally, a six-member Indian women's team will participate in the championships.
