Day three of the 14th Hockey India Junior Men National Championship 2024 witnessed dominant performances from several teams, including Hockey Haryana, the Hockey Association of Odisha, and others. Hockey Haryana crushed Hockey Jammu & Kashmir with a startling 14-0 scoreline. Nitin emerged as the top goal scorer with a hat-trick, while Amit Khasa, Navraj Singh, Manish Kumar, and Ravi made significant contributions with two goals each. Additional goals came from Captain Prikshit Panchal, Sunil Maan, and Sahil Ruhal, putting the game beyond Hockey Jammu & Kashmir's reach.

In another one-sided contest, the Hockey Association of Odisha overwhelmed Assam Hockey 13-0. Satish Munda led the charge with four goals, supported by Deonath Nanwar's hat-trick. Deepak Pradhan, Pratap Toppo, Karan Lakra, and Pradip Mandal also added to the tally, securing a comprehensive victory. Meanwhile, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Hockey overcame Hockey Arunachal 4-2, with contributions from Anand Kumar Yadav, Akash Gond, and Pramod Pal.

Hockey Karnataka secured a 6-1 win against Hockey Andhra Pradesh. Goals from KR Gaurav Ganapathy, DR Pavan, Jadhav Pavan Kesu, Aryan Uthappa Mt, Vivek Ravi Bagade, and Captain Sunil PB secured a comfortable victory. Delhi Hockey edged past Kerala Hockey 4-3. Yuvraj Singh, Ashu Kumar, Rahul, and Harsh Sharma each scored for Delhi. In the final match of the day, the Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu defeated Hockey Gujarat 10-2 with Anand Y's hat-trick leading the way, supported by efforts from M Srinivasan, Vishal S, Nandha Kumar G, Nithya Prakash M, Arun J, and Rakesh. Hockey Gujarat's Yaksh Bhatt and Jay Patel managed to score one goal each in a losing effort.
