Gold medallist Dharambir won hearts by dedicating his Paris Paralympics triumph to his coach and compatriot Amit Kumar Saroha. Demonstrating incredible skill, Dharambir broke the Asian Record in the men's club throw F51 final, setting a new benchmark at 34.92m to secure the gold medal.

Despite missing out on a podium finish with a best attempt of 23.96m, coach Amit Kumar Saroha took immense pride in Dharambir's success. 'This is the best way to thank him,' Dharambir told ANI, showing deep gratitude. Amit, who has a long and decorated career, said, 'I cannot get a better gift than this.'

Adding to the celebration, Pranav Soorma secured the silver medal, while Sachin Sarjerao Khilari won silver in men's shot put F46 with a 16.32m throw. India's medal tally has now reached 25, including five golds, nine silvers, and eleven bronzes, marking their best-ever performance at the Paralympics.
