Visa processing and consular services provider BLS International announced on Saturday its acquisition of a 51 per cent stake in SLW Media, a sports management company, for Rs 80.24 lakh.

The definitive share purchase agreement furthers BLS International's goal of integrating golf event management seamlessly with its visa and travel services in over 66 countries, the company stated.

SLW Media, with over two decades of expertise in the golf industry, adds significant value to BLS International's portfolio.
