Tvesa Malik is at the forefront of the Indian challenge at this week's Dutch Ladies Open, taking place at Hilversumsche Golf Club. She will be joined by Vani Kapoor and Ridhima Dilawari, while India's top star on the LET, Diksha Dagar, is preparing for the Olympic Games in Paris. The 300,000 Euro event is the final LET event before the Olympics, where India will be represented by Aditi Ashok and Diksha Dagar.

A former Hero Order of Merit winner, Malik lost her LET Tour card at the end of 2022. However, she clawed her way back through a pre-qualifier in Asia and subsequent invitations. She celebrated her first international victory on the Sunshine Tour in South Africa and has been regaining her form on the main LET tour with a T-10 finish at the Dormy Open and a play-off loss at the VP Bank Swiss Open, among other notable finishes. In nine starts, she only missed two cuts, drawing confidence from her Swiss Open performance.

Vani Kapoor has had a challenging season, missing cuts in half of her 10 starts with no Top-10 finishes. Ridhima Dilawari, on limited status, has made the cut in three of her five starts. Malik will play her first round with Welsh golfers Chloe Williams and Marit Harryvan of the Netherlands, while Kapoor pairs with English duo Hannah Burke and Florentyna Parker. Ridhima will tee off with Germany's Helen Tamy Kreuzer and Norway's Maiken Bing Paulsen.

Local favorite Anne Van Dam recently produced a solid performance at the Amundi Evian Championship, finishing T-44 with rounds of 66-70-74-72. This was her sixth cut of the year as she gears up for a summer full of significant tournaments, including two majors, the Olympics, the Scottish Open, and the Dutch Ladies Open.

Hilversumsche Golf Club poses a unique challenge this week with its tree-lined fairways and has been playing differently due to recent abundant rainfall, according to ANI reports.
