In a dramatic turn, residents of Anantraj Estate in Gurugram protested against their builder following a fire that ravaged two luxury flats in Sector 63A on Wednesday.
According to residents, the fire, attributed to faulty electrical fittings, destroyed the flats and left occupants trapped, exposing deficiencies in the building's fire safety systems.
Aggrieved families, armed with photographs of the damage, demanded compensation and replacement flats, while calling for an exhaustive investigation into fire safety and electrical compliance throughout the residential complex.
