Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta took decisive action on sanitation issues during her recent inspection of Pitampura. On Wednesday, Gupta suspended a sanitation inspector for failing to properly desilt a drain in the northwest Delhi neighborhood and directed an immediate cleanup effort.

Amid her visit, the Chief Minister inaugurated multiple development projects, including the construction of new lanes, drainage systems, and security installations across several Pitampura blocks. She emphasized the commitment to elevate the capital's public infrastructure to world-class standards.

The Chief Minister also stressed community involvement in maintaining cleanliness and ordered the removal of unauthorized posters and banners from public properties, further highlighting the administration's pledge to keep Delhi tidy and visually appealing.
