State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has landed two substantial contracts, showcasing its prowess in project management and real estate. The first deal, worth Rs 439 crore, comes from the Uttarakhand Investment and Infrastructure Board, focusing on the rejuvenation of prime locations in Uttarakhand.
The second contract, valued at Rs 219.45 crore, is from the Centre for Development of Telematics. This involves project management consultancy services in New Delhi, covering planning, construction, and development at the C-DOT Campus.
