Brigade Enterprises, a leading real estate firm, has acquired 4.4 acres of land in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The new housing project is expected to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 950 crore.
In a regulatory announcement, the company revealed plans for a premium residential project with a development potential of 0.6 million square feet. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, stated that this acquisition will significantly enhance Brigade's portfolio.
Founded in 1986, Bengaluru-based Brigade Group is a prominent property developer in India. The company has a strong presence in residential, office, and retail real estate, as well as in the hotel industry, primarily across South and West India.
