Brigade Enterprises has launched a new premium residential project, 'Ebony at Brigade Orchards', targeting Rs 380 crore in revenue. The project is situated in Bengaluru's Devanahalli and forms part of the expansive 135-acre Brigade Orchard township.
Featuring 230 residential units, the development covers a total area of 5 lakh square feet. This ambitious venture underscores Brigade's continued prominence in the South Indian real estate market as one of the region's leading developers since its establishment in 1986.
According to PropTiger, housing sales rose by 10% in 2024 despite a 12% increase in average property values, reflecting robust demand in the real estate sector.
