Krisumi Corporation, the collaborative brainchild of Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group, has marked a significant development milestone. The company announced on Thursday that it has secured an occupancy certificate for its luxury housing initiative in Gurugram, paving the way for the delivery of around 500 lavish flats.

Further underscoring its expansion, Krisumi Corporation noted its partnership with Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Services India Pvt Ltd for managing the first phase of the ultra-luxurious residential development titled 'Waterfall Residences'. This opulent enclave is strategically positioned in Sector 36A, Gurugram.

'Waterfall Residences', set upon a generous 5.43-acre plot within the expansive 33.38-acre Krisumi City on Dwarka Expressway, epitomizes luxury with its 433 upscale apartments spread across three towering structures, and an additional 77 units for the economically weaker sectors. Under the guidance of Chairman Ashok Kapur, the company is persistently emphasizing quality, design, and punctual delivery, as they transition into the construction of 'Waterfall Suites' poised for completion by late 2028, alongside the recent initiation of Phases 3 and 4 introducing 1,051 units.
