In a groundbreaking achievement for India's aerospace sector, the Space Docking Experiment (SpaDeX) mission has set new benchmarks for private industry involvement. Under the guidance of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), two satellites were launched, heralding a new era in space technology.
Ananth Technologies Limited (ATL), spearheading this initiative, integrated and tested the satellites, marking the first instance of such large-scale satellite assembly by the private sector. The launch of SDX01 and SDX02 has been hailed as a 'trailblazer' by URSC Director M Shankaran.
This mission signifies a critical advancement in India's space exploration capabilities, advancing technologies essential for future manned and deep-space missions.
