Modi's Mega Development Boost: Projects Worth Rs 6,700 Crore Unveiled

In a significant boost to regional development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced projects valued at Rs 6,700 crore. The announcement took place at the Sports Complex in Sigra, Varanasi, his parliamentary constituency.
Among the key projects, he inaugurated the RJ Sankara Eye Hospital, operated by Kanchi Math, to serve 20 districts across Eastern Uttar Pradesh and regions touching Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
The Prime Minister also laid the foundation for airport expansions at Varanasi, including runway extension and a new terminal, costing around Rs 2,870 crore, aimed at bolstering infrastructure and connectivity.
