Hindustan Construction Company Bags Major Contract for Agardanda Creek Bridge
Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has secured a significant contract worth Rs 1,031.6 crore from Maharashtra State Road Development Corp Ltd for constructing a 4.3 km two-lane bridge across Agardanda Creek in Raigad district, Maharashtra. The project aims to improve connectivity and boost economic development in the region.

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd announced on Monday the receipt of a Rs 1,031.6 crore contract from Maharashtra State Road Development Corp Ltd. The contract involves constructing a two-lane bridge across Agardanda Creek in Raigad district.
The bridge, set to span 4.3 km, will be developed on an EPC basis, according to a statement by HCC. It will connect Agardanda Jetty and Dighi Port, featuring significant approach sections on each side.
Once completed, the Agardanda Creek bridge is expected to significantly enhance local connectivity, reduce travel times, and contribute to the region's economic growth.
