Bishnoi Community: Guardians of the Green

On Saturday, RSS leader Indresh Kumar commended the Bishnoi community's significant contributions to environmental conservation, emphasizing the importance of tree planting for a cleaner environment.

Kumar expressed a vision of a harmonious society where citizens ensure each other's happiness, respect, and environmental responsibility by planting trees and maintaining cleanliness.

He also paid homage to Guru Jambheshwar, the founder of the Bishnoi sect, and Amrita Devi, who, along with 362 others, heroically sacrificed their lives to protect trees. Som Prakash further highlighted the Bishnoi community's environmental efforts at the gathering.
