In a devastating accident near Bihda village, four people lost their lives after their speeding car collided with a stationary dumper early Thursday morning, according to local police reports.
The accident, occurring around 5 a.m., involved Deepak Kumar Pandey, his wife Mala Pandey, his mother-in-law Phool Kesari Devi, and a family friend, Arpita Gupta. The group was returning from a religious pilgrimage when the tragedy struck.
Mirzamurad Station House Officer Ajay Raj Sharma confirmed three deaths on site, with another victim succumbing to injuries later at a trauma center. The couple's young son, Shivansh, remains hospitalized as police continue to investigate the incident.
