The master plan focuses on vital growth sectors, including trade and logistics, technology, and innovation. Investors can benefit significantly by accessing office and residential spaces in the burgeoning Dubai South area, connecting Dubai with Abu Dhabi by land and air.
Connecting Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port, Expo City is poised to become Dubai's future epicenter. It strengthens the city's role in global trade and is a linchpin in achieving the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to double the emirate's economy by 2033.
