The detailed project reports (DPRs) for Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase-2, projected to cost approximately Rs 32,237 crore, are in the final stages, according to a senior official's statement on Sunday.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy recently reviewed the DPRs with senior officials from the Municipal Administration and Urban Development department.

Hyderabad Airport Metro Limited (HAML) Managing Director NVS Reddy presented the alignment, features, and station locations. The six-corridor, 116.2 km-long project is awaiting a traffic study report from the Comprehensive Mobility Plan (CMP) before submission for governmental approval.
