Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported multiple districts hit, while images showed extensive damage to a nine-story apartment building previously attacked in 2022. In Zaporizhzhia, several homes were destroyed, and one person was killed overnight. The ongoing conflict sees Ukraine urging allies to target Russian planes and airfields to reduce attacks.
