DDA Housing Schemes 2024: Rapid Sell-Out in Rohini and Jasola

The Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) housing scheme flats in Rohini and Jasola have entirely sold out. Over 1,100 flats were booked on the first day. The DDA introduced comprehensive online details for the first time. The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 and Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 offer various flats at discounted rates.

New Delhi: In an impressive real estate surge, all flats offered under the Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) housing scheme in Rohini were snapped up, officials reported Saturday. This follows the swift sale of 41 HIG flats in Jasola within the first day of their release.

According to the DDA, more than 700 LIG flats in Rohini under the Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 were completely sold out. The auction commenced on September 10, seeing over 1,100 flats of both the Sasta Ghar and Madhyam Vargiya Housing schemes booked in record time.

For the first time, detailed information about the housing schemes, including location, category, amenities, and multimedia, was made available through an online portal. Initiated by a meeting chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on August 6, these schemes offer LIG, EWS, MIG, and HIG flats across various localities at 2023 prices without price escalation.
