North Delhi Faces 16-Hour Water Supply Disruption Due to Maintenance

Parts of North Delhi will experience a 16-hour water supply disruption on Tuesday due to essential maintenance, as announced by the Delhi Jal Board.

A statement issued on Monday listed the affected areas, including Gopalpur, DDA SFS Flats in Mukherjee Nagar, Gujranwala Town, and Shalimar Bagh.

The shutdown will start at 8 PM on September 10 to facilitate the repair of the 1500 mm Punjabi Bagh main pipeline at Indra Vihar Park, originating from the Wazirabad Water Treatment Plant. Residents are advised to use water judiciously during this time, with water tankers available upon request.
